The room size increased visually by replacing the hardwood flooring to a light colored maple, bringing continuity by using the same flooring.

The whole space became light and bright after removing the curtains exposing the windows.
 
Creative thinking to make the hall closet into an office space. Fireplace became a focal point to the living room, opening up to the bedroom through the sliding shoji doors. ​This condo is a Jewel Box, it was sold for over $650 a SF.
