This 1990's home was built in the Holmes Point area in Kirkland, WA. The view of Lake Washington is spectacular from the large picture windows as you walk into the entry.
 
The home was dated, the clients were ready to begin the remodel project. JMB Designs LLC was hired to select paint colors, wood finishes, lighting fixtures, using the client's existing furnishings  to layout the room arrangement.
 
Custom window treatments, tiles concepts for the kitchen and bathrooms were designed. A few years after the remodel they successfully sold the estate.
