As an ASID interior designer, it’s important for me to work with craftsmen who exhibit the same passion for art and design. I carefully partner with contractors I work with, so that the quality and design I envisioned for your space truly comes to life.
My services include TRADE purchasing, offered through designer discounts passed on to my clients while working together. Local retail and online wholesale vendors.

New Construction specifications or remodeling projects there are many selection decisions to make. All projects start with a Design Concept to get contractor bids.

My design services are listed out into packages of time, beginning with a 1-hour on-site complementary meeting to review the project.
20 hours to stage a home to sell ,refresh home using home owners furniture ,designer will bring in bed linens, accessories and some Art for picture taking. These items are owned by the designer. “Designing To Sell”

  • 4-8 hours selections of materials, tiles, countertops, flooring, lighting, and plumbing fixtures.
  • 2-4 hours for drafting floor plans and Elevations for design layouts. You own the designs.
  • 2-4 hours for color story for whole house. Interior walls, ceilings and accent colors to use through-out the home. Paint samples provided. This becomes your legend for future accessories purchases.
  • 10-20 hours for whole house selections listed above, set meeting with subcontractors to bid the work directly to clients. Receive Designer Discounts at Trade Vendors.
  • 40 hours to project managing the contractors, set schedules, meetings at the home, allow entry, lock-up, inspect quality to completion, deliver products to home.
